Negotiating With Power: Palestinian Rights & Israeli Occupation

Omar Dajani (Assistant Professor, University of the Pacific Law School)
Kamal Abdulfattah (Visiting Scholar, Princeton University)
7pm in Gittis 2 Prof. Dajani has previously served as the Senior Legal Advisor to the Palestinian negotiating team and Political Advisor to the UN Special Envoy Terje Roed-Larson. He has played a leading role in supporting Palestinian legal and political reforms and the development of rule of law. Prof. Abdulfattah is chair of the Departments of Geography and Arab Studies at Birzeit University in the West Bank. He has published widely on the geography, ecology, and history of the West Bank and Gaza Strip.
