3/29/2008 Admitted Students Lunch
3/28/2008 QBall Party—Lambda will be showing Admitted Students a quick glimpse of Penn’s Gay Social Scene at the annual QBall Party.
3/25/2008 Training Session for Equality Advocates Youth Law Project.  As part of the training, participants will learn how to speak to LGBT youth and their allies about a host of legal issues.  Students will be asked to present at least one youth workshop, but are encouraged to participate in additional workshops.
3/20/2008 LGBT in the Legal World Event.  Come and learn about what it is like to be LGBT in the legal world at this panel discussion with representatives from Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton, & Garrison; Weil, Gotshal & Manges; the Environmental Protection Agency, and Equality Advocates Pennsylvania.

2/26/2008 Cleary Gottlieb Steen & Hamilton will be hosting an INFORMAL "Fireside Chat" dinner at White Dog Cafe for LGBT Penn Law students.
2/22/2008 Ski-Retreat: Lambda will be hitting the slopes for its first annual Ski Retreat.  We have a cabin, food, and a Cindy Lauper cd.  Get pumped!
2/20/2008 Lambda Goes to the Theater: Lambda will be going to see M. Butterfly at the Philadelphia Theater Company.
2/16/2008 The Annual Chili Party, hosted by Dean Clinton, Don Millinger, and Professor Wolff.  Location is Gary and Don's home.
2/11/2008 Lambda, Allies, the LGBT Center, and the Penn Bookstore are co-hosting an event with American University law professor, Nancy Polikoff, to discuss her new book "Beyond (Straight and Gay) Marriage: Valuing All Families Under the Law." The event will take place at 7pm in the Penn Bookstore.
2/8-2/10/2008 Best of luck to our Lambda Competitors who will be competing in the UCLA Williams Institute Sexual Orientation Moot Court in Los Angeles.
1/25/2008 Lambda Potluck Dinner at Jeff and Tim’s.  Make an old favorite or break out that recipe you have always wanted to try.  As an additional incentive, Jeff and Tim have DDR.
1/25/2008 DADT Protest: JAG recruiters will be on campus, and Lambda will be hosting a protest against the Don't Ask Don't Tell Policy and the military's discriminatory hiring policy. The protest begins at 12pm in the Clock, and we ask that everyone PLEASE WEAR PINK TO SHOW YOUR SOLIDARITY.  Speakers include Dean Clinton, Professor Burbank, and Professor Wolff.
1/22/2008 Lambda General Body Meeting.  Please join us afterward for a poster-making session for our upcoming protest against the Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Policy.  Pizza will be served.
12/6/2007 1L Exam Session: Hey 1Ls, Lambda is going to make sure you ace those exams and live up to your true gunner potential.  Lambda 2Ls and 3Ls will take you through a mock-exam and answer any questions you may have about studying and tackling exams.
11/16/2007 1L Summer Job Panel:  Lambda will be holding a 1L Summer Job Search Session in Gittis 2 to help the 1L's learn what kinds of jobs are available for the next summer and, also, how they can go about obtaining those jobs. We will have current Lambda members who spent their 1L summer at law firms, with judges, with the government, and for public interest agencies.
11/2/2007 “Transgender Health and Healthcare Event.”  Support our fellow graduate-LGBT organizations by attending the short screening of the short movie, “TRANSforming Healthcare.”
10/23/2007 Lambda General Body Meeting.  This is your chance to take on a more active role in Lambda’s programming.  3pm in T155.

10/3/2007 Federalist Society Debate regarding the Don’t Ask Don’t Tell Policy.  Listen to Penn’s very own Professor Wolff and a retired US Army Major General discuss the policy.
