The Journal of International Law & Policy (JILP) is an independent electronic journal at the University of Pennsylvania Law School dedicated to the establishment and operation of a legal publication that addresses broad issues of international law. We publish articles relevant to both public and private international law, including diplomatic, political, regional, corporate, technological and environmental legal subjects.
JILP is committed to increasing the scope and depth of international law scholarship. The Journal solicits articles from prominent international law faculty and practitioners. Articles accepted for publication are subjected to a comprehensive editorial process designed to sharpen and strengthen substance and form. Furthermore, students have the opportunity to publish notes or comments on contemporary international law topics and/or events.
