December 8, 2003: Regional Assignments are
out. We will be competing in the
Atlantic Division, in New York City, on the weekend of Feb. 28.
December 6, 2003: ILSA promises regional assignments any day now. (They were supposed to be
released on Nov. 25) The latest word from ILSA is that they are waiting for 2 host

November 23,
2003:
(I probably missed this by a few
days) ILSA has released the Corrections and Clarifications to the Compromis. Some are important and others are
trivial…and some are in French.
November 5, 2003: ILSA has released the basic materials for the 2004
competition. There are 4 journal
articles, a book chapter, 10 statutes and treaties, and a few hyperlinks to
other sources. ILSA also recommends
Darryl Robinson, "Serving the
Interests of Justice: Amnesties, Truth Commissions and the International
Criminal Court," 14 Eur. J. Int'l L. 481 (2003). This source will be e-mailed out
September 25,
