East Asia Law Review

The East Asia Law Review (EALR) functions both as an independent, student-edited journal, and a group for Penn Law students interested in comparative legal issues in East Asia. The mission of EALR is to provide a forum for the study of the law of East Asian nations. To that end, EALR publishes articles on East Asian legal issues from students and academics, and also arranges for lectures and small group discussions on relevant topics.
