Access.
The class discussion board is open to enrolled students only; each student has a unique username/password combination, to be used to access the system. Usernames and passwords will be sent to students via email at the beginning of the term. Students with access problems should contact the ITS Help Desk (itshelp@law.upenn.edu, 215-898-2679). Non-students with questions should contact the instructor.

Location.
The class discussion board can be found by going to http://bulletin.law.upenn.edu/ After logging in, click on the "Electronic Commerce" discussion board to enter the board.

Administration and Support.
Documentation is available by clicking here. The class discussion board system is hosted on law school servers, administered by the ITS Department. Those with questions about access, usernames/passwords, or use of the system should contact the ITS Help Desk (itshelp@law.upenn.edu, 215-898-2679).
