	About Me I'm an Assistant Professor of Law at the University of Pennsylvania Law School. My teaching, research, and writing are concentrated in the areas of Intellectual Property (especially patent law) and Cyberlaw/Internet Law. Prior to joining the Penn faculty, I served as a law clerk on the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit, studied law at Stanford, engineering at Michigan, and enjoyed a fellowship year at the London School of Economics.
