The Obama Win: Law, Politics and Policy after the Election
Six scholars discuss whether the election of Barack Obama signals a new chapter in American politics and the major legal and policy challenges the new administration will face. Participating are:

- Wendell Pritchett, professor of law and former chair of metropolitan and urban policy for the Obama campaign.
- Seth Kreimer, the Kenneth W. Gemmill Professor of Law.
- Tobias Barrington Wolff, professor of law and adviser to the Obama campaign on lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender issues.
