Bio
Vernon Francis is a partner with the Litigation Department and a member of the Media Law Practice Group at Dechert. After graduating from Law School, Francis served as a Law Clerk to the Honorable Louis H. Pollak, United States District Judge for the Eastern District of Pennsylvania (1987-1988) and worked as a litigation associate at the Philadelphia office of Schnader, Harrison, Segal and Lewis (1988-1989). Immediately before joining Dechert, Francis was Associate Counsel in the Office of the Honorable Lawrence E. Walsh, Esq., the Independent Counsel charged with investigating the Iran/Contra Affair (1989-1992).
