Bio
Thomas Gallagher is a member of the firm of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen and has extensive experience in representing both developers and institutional lenders in connection with real estate transactions. He is a member of the Tax Advisory Group to the Federal Income Tax Project of the American Law Institute and was an attorney advisor in the Office of the Tax Legislative Counsel at the Department of the Treasury, from 1980 to 1982.
