Bio
Stuart Ebby is a shareholder in the Philadelphia firm of Hangley, Aronchick, Segal & Pudlin. He has practiced real estate law for more than 40 years, and has taught real estate transactions to 2L, 3L, and LLM students since 2002. Mr. Ebby has experience in all phases of the practice, including sales and purchases; mortgage financing; development and construction; leasing; loan restructuring, workout and foreclosure; brokerage and management; zoning and subdivision; title insurance claims; closing opinions; and capital markets financing, and has written numerous articles on real estate practice. He was elected to the American College of Real Estate Lawyers in 1986.
