Bio
Robert Mundheim began teaching at Penn in 1965. Along with Noyes E. Leech, he established the Journal of International Economic Law in 1978. He has served as a General Counsel to the U.S. Department of Treasury and has been a special counsel to the S.E.C. From 1982 to 1989, he served as the Dean of the Law School. Under his Deanship, planning for the addition of Nicole Tanenbaum Hall began.
