Bio
Kenneth A. Adams is a consultant and speaker on contract drafting. He has written widely on legal drafting—his most recent book, A Manual of Style for Contract Drafting (American Bar Association 2004), is one of the ABA’s best-selling titles. He has practiced with major law firms in the United States and Europe. He is a 1989 graduate of the University of Pennsylvania Law School and served on the board of officers of the University of Pennsylvania Law Review.
