Bio
Joseph Sedlack is a partner at Reed Smith, LLP. His practice is concentrated in corporate, partnership, real estate, mergers, acquisitions, international tax, estate and tax planning. His teaching experience includes real estate taxation, corporate taxation, corporate reorganization, tax accounting, business planning, taxation of property dispositions, tax research, advanced corporate tax, advance partnership tax and foreign tax. Sedlack is also currently an Adjunct Instructor at the Wharton School, lecturing on the tax aspects of Mergers and Acquisitions.
