Bio

Carole Basri is a 1976 graduate of N.Y.U School of Law, where she was a member of its National Moot Court Team. She was an assistant counsel on the Senate Antitrust and monopoly Subcommittee from 1976 to 1977 and from 1978 to 1980 was an attorney at the FTC. Between 1980 and 1986 she was the assistant general counsel at the advertising firm of NW Ayer, Inc. She then left to become an associate at Baker & McKenzie and later at Hall, Dickler, Lawler, Kent and Friedman. From 1988 until 1993, Basri has been assistant general counsel at Maidenform, Inc. Since 1994, she has been a consultant to Deloitte & Touche LLP, The Perrier Group, Inc., and Executive Director of the Greater New York Chapter of the American Corporate Counsel Association.
