Aditi Bagchi joined the Penn Law faculty in 2006.

Aditi Bagchi joined the Penn Law faculty in 2006. She is interested in the theoretical underpinnings of contract law, as well as varying constructions of intent that appear in diverse areas of the law, from contracts to human rights law, and the relationship between our understanding of intention and the normative aims of law. She is also engaged in the comparative study of economic institutions, with a special interest in the political economy of labor and corporate law.
