The consultation provided included such areas as: juvenile and adult code revision, juvenile court reform, juvenile and criminal justice master planning, jail planning and program development, community-based programming for juveniles and adults, delinquency prevention programming, law related education, child welfare, children’s mental health, and community-based and institutional treatment programming.
