Jordon Steele is the Archivist at Biddle. When he's not organizing the papers of the American Law Institute, the National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Law (NCCUSL, if you work in acronyms), or the National Bankruptcy Archives, he works with the rest of the Public Services librarians to apply emerging techonlogies to the library's mission of outreach and instruction.

Al Dong is a Reference/Documents Librarian at the Biddle Law Library. His faculty research focuses mainly on taxation laws and business. Al is an avid distance runner, and he has completed twenty-two marathons, including eight Boston Marathons.

Ed Greenlee is Associate Director for Public Services at Biddle Law Library. He teaches legal research, engages in the administration of the law library, and carries out research for Penn Law’s faculty. Some of his interests include copyright, the application of new technology to legal research and legal education, religion and the law, contemplative practices in legal settings, and art law.

Bill Draper has been a reference librarian at Biddle since 1992. Bill supports faculty research in taxation, bankruptcy, law & economics, antitrust, securities, corporations, property law, health law, constitutional law, environmental law, law & philosophy, and law & religion.

Tim is the Head of Reference Services at the Biddle Law Library. In addition to teaching legal research to first year students, Tim provides in-depth research assistance to faculty members. A native of Los Angeles and a UCLA alum, Tim is an avid fan of UCLA athletics.

Joe Parsio has worked in the Penn libraries for 22 years. He has been at Biddle for twelve and Head of Access Services for three years. Access Services includes Circulation, stacks, microfiche, looseleafs and Faculty Document Delivery. Joe served in Vietnam from September 1969 to December 1970.

Mike Barton is a Reference Librarian at the Biddle Law Library. Mike teaches legal research to both first year and our International LLM students. Additionally, Mike actively engages in faculty research in a variety of topic areas. Having worked as a U.S. Coast Guard Judge Advocate for ten years as well as a Merchant Mariner, Mike has a personal interest in administrative, admiralty, and international law.

Doris Wang is a graduate student at the School of Library and Information Studies, Rutgers University concentrating on archives and information management. When not processing the Richard V. Wellman Papers or attending school, she works on designing her website, finding a good read, and blogging. Her current life's ambition is to solve the Sunday New York Times crossword puzzle.

Ron Day is Head of Reference Services at the Biddle Law Library. A graduate of Penn Law School, he coordinates research services for faculty and instructional services for students. He has taught for many years an advanced course in legal research for 2Ls and 3Ls.

Tara Ewald is Reference Intern and an Interlibrary Loan Assistant. She is fascinated by the interactions between law and culture, especially with regard to law and religion, law and family issues, and law and politics. She reads constantly, and thinks librarianship is a wonderful career because the buildings are beautiful and full of books!

 Merle Slyhoff oversees collection development of American law in Biddle and is head of resource sharing, which includes interlibrary loan. Merle is active in national library associations, including the American Association of Law Libraries. Non-work interests include pottery and lampwork.

Gabriela Femenia is the Foreign and International Law Librarian at Biddle. In addition to foreign and international law, she is interested in legal history, cooking, and science fiction (even bad sci-fi). Having grown up in Silicon Valley and practiced intellectual property law in Northern California after graduating from Penn Law, she is fascinated by the intersection of technology, IP, and education.

Ellen is a reference librarian at the Biddle Law Library. She provides research assistance to Penn Law faculty, teaches legal research to first year students, and is the law school's primary contact for LexisNexis and Westlaw.

Jennifer Huck is the Systems and Emerging Technologies Librarian at Biddle. She supports the online library system and leverages new and existing technologies in support of library services. She recently obtained her Masters of Library and Information Science (’11) from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, where she also earned a MS in Sociology (’06). Additionally, she earned a BA from Macalester College ('04) in St. Paul. Jenn enjoys yoga, knitting, and reading, especially popular science, food writing, and Scandinavian crime fiction.

Shenika McAlister is the Serials/Electronic Resources Librarian at Biddle. She is responsible for all library continuation material in both print and elecronic formats and for binding print materials.
