Do you Twitter?

Does anyone in the Penn Law community use Twitter? If so, the Biddle librarians would like to know. (More after the jump.)

The reason I ask is because at last week's blog roundtable, somebody brought up the topic of the "microblogging" tool, which is considered the Next Big Thing in Web 2.0 technology.

Then, when Ed Greenlee and I attended a talk at Van Pelt library a few days ago on user-generated content, Twitter came up in the discussion again. It's generating quite the buzz in the library community.

And just this morning, I watched a video on the Chronicle of Higher Education website that demonstrated how one professor is integrating Twitter use into one of his classes:

This is definitely a tool whose development is worth monitoring.

So if anyone--students, staff, administration, or faculty--uses it, drop me an email or stop by my office and tell me more.

Thanks!
