Ed Greenlee, Associate Director for Public Services

Ed Greenlee is Associate Director for Public Services at Biddle Law Library. He teaches legal research, engages in the administration of the law library, and carries out research for Penn Law’s faculty. Some of his interests include copyright, the application of new technology to legal research and legal education, religion and the law, contemplative practices in legal settings, and art law.

Contemplative Practices Gain Prominence in the Legal Profession

The practices of mindfulness and insight meditation have gained ever greater prominence in recent years. Initial interest was expressed by medical and psychological professionals. Now legal educators and practitioners are exploring the uses of meditation and related practices. (More after the jump.)

Is the Taxman Coming to the Internet?

Established in 1998 under the Clinton administration, the Internet Tax Freedom Act banned taxes on Internet use. The moratorium sunsets November 1. (More after the jump.)
