We are both law professors and evangelical Protestants – a weird combination in our time. We hope it’s also an interesting combination. Bill Stuntz passed far too soon. He had a laser-like propensity for getting to the meat of an issue that is in short and needed supply these days. Thank you for an excellent paper that captures the essence of his thinking.
