ILL for the For-Profit Community

IMPORTANT: Due to tax policies, Biddle cannot honor for-profit ILL requests from the following states:

Biddle Law Library accepts ILL requests from the for-profit community through OCLC's ILL service or by completing Biddle's For-Profit ILL Form. The form can be faxed to:

We cannot accommodate rush requests from the for-profit community. Our turn-around time averages 36-48 hours. We cannot confirm receipt of ILL requests. Please do not phone or email to ask if it was received. We will contact you within 48 hours regarding your request.

Information must first be verified in LOLA, our online catalog.

Fax/U.S. Mail: $15.00 for pages 1-10; $1.00 for each additional page

Books

$40.00/title, four week loan period.

Delivery

UPS delivery : No cost if you provide your UPS number; $15.00 if no UPS number provided
Fed Ex: only available if you provide your Fed Ex number

Invoices will be mailed.

Requests cancelled after the work has been completed will be charged in full.
