2. The continued acceptability of paper documents.

3. The types of acceptable electronic signatures.

4. The use of a primary system within an interconnected statewide system vs. a decentralized system; proper office for the primary system.

5. The use of parcel identifier numbers.

6. The proper venue for searching for title information and the processes for performing that search.

7. Whether electronic documents signed with an electronic signature should also contain an electronic acknowledgement.

8. Whether to convert prior documents to electronic documents and, if so, the process for performing the conversion.

9. Whether and how to coordinate information in other offices where real estate information is maintained with the electronic recording system.

10. Whether and how to coordinate filed information regarding UCC Article 9 security interests with the electronic recording system.

11. The establishment of a Real Property Records Director.

12. Payment and allocation of fees and taxes.

13. Method of accessing the electronic recording system; freedom of information issues.

14. Adequacy of security for the electronic recording system.

15. Periods of operation for the electronic recording system.
