NCCUSL Drafts and Final Acts

The National Conference of Commissioners on Uniform State Laws (NCCUSL), in partnership with Biddle Law Library at Penn Law, is making these drafts and final acts of Uniform Laws and Model Acts available online to help fulfill its mission to distribute information to the public. If you are looking for print copies of final acts, please consult Uniform Laws Annotated, published by Westlaw.

If you are looking for electronic copies of final acts not found on this website, please consult Westlaw online, which maintains electronic versions of Uniform Laws and Model Acts, or contact the NCCUSL headquarters. The Biddle Law Library Archives does not have electronic versions of drafts or final acts beyond what appears on this website.

If You Can't Locate an Act

We do not have electronic versions of drafts and act beyond what appears on this website. There are a number of ways to obtain an act if it does not appear on this website:

  1. Consult Uniform Laws Annotated, published by Wesltaw.
  2. If the act you are looking for has been removed by NCCUSL, locate the last published copy of Uniform Laws Annotated prior to the act's removal. These editions are often available via interlibrary loan.
  3. For an electronic copy of an act, visit Westlaw Online and search the database "ula."
  4. Contact the NCCUSL headquarters directly.
