NOTE

This meeting is primarily for the Drafting Committee to plan for the presentation of Article 2B to the Conference on Sunday and Monday, July 26-27, 1998. Discussion will be limited to the Drafting Committee and its ABA Advisors. Observers are welcomed, as all NCCUSL meetings are open. The Chair, however, reserves the prerogative to permit questions from the Committee members to observers for a limited response.

Errata sheet for remedies -- structure and editing (subcommittee designated by leadership of NCCUSL and ALI (Nimmer, Ring, Cohen, Auerbach and Patchel) have made recommendations for changes, which changes will be distributed later. There may be further recommendations or issues from the subcommittee as well);

4. Errata sheet for edits for Part 6. (Recommendations from the same subcommittee);

5. Choice of law provision (2B-107) (ALI Ad Hoc Committee and ALI Motion on evenly divided vote);

6. Choice of forum provision (2B-108) (ALI Ad Hoc Committee and ALI Motion not discussed at ALI);

7. Assent and formation provisions (2B-111, 112 and 208) (ALI Ad Hoc Committee; ALI Motion; Brancher Memo; CU Memo);

8. Express and implied warranties (2B-402 and 404) for Informational Content (ALI Ad Hoc Committee);

9. Enforceability of restrictions on transfer (including 2B-402 and 404) (ALI Ad Hoc Committee);
