Drafts of the acts have previously been sent to you.  The meeting will begin promptly at 8:00 a.m.  We have a great deal to try to cover.  We will start with the proposed amendments to the Uniform Limited Liability Company Act.  Since all of the amendments to all of the other acts are basically the same, I think we will probably spend the majority of our time on ULLCA, but you should certainly read the other acts prior to the meeting.
