RE:	November 18, 2007, Meeting--Chicago, IL

 

A first draft of the act and various background materials are attached.  The meeting will start at 8:00 a.m.  The first hour or so will be devoted to a discussion of the background materials and the rationale for the policies incorporated in the act.  We will then proceed to discuss the draft on a section-by-section basis.  We will complete our deliberations by no later than 4:00 p.m.
