The March 14-16 meeting draft of the Act and a copy of the Principles are attached. Note that the title to the Act has been changed from "Amendments to…." To "Revised" which is why it is no longer in a strike and score (redlined) format. It is much easier to read and because of the large number of changes and additions, more accurately reflects what the Drafting Committee intends.
I have tried to include all the changes to the Act and the
comments the American members of the Drafting Committee approved at the
November meeting in
