PENN LAW @ WORK![]() Dear Penn Law Community, The Law School has experienced some momentous changes over the last 12 months. The brand new Golkin Hall will open in April, facilitating our continual curricular innovation, and housing, among other things, through the new Detkin Intellectual Property and Technology Legal Clinic. This newest clinic is a perfect example of Penn Law’s commitment to cross-disciplinary studies, bringing together leaders in medicine, engineering, business, and of course, law. The PennLaw@Work Challenge makes all of these new innovations possible, while still maintaining small, close-knit classes. However, the additional benefits this program provides make it especially valuable to the Penn Law community. Cooperation and collective effort among colleagues forges stronger alumni connections with the law school, which aids in recruitment and opens doors to professional relationships and mentoring opportunities with current students. Moreover, the increased funding that comes from the challenge ensures Penn Law’s ability to provide scholarships and financial aid, essential for attracting the brightest students. If your firm has not yet joined the PennLaw@Work Challenge, please contact Graham Miller, Assistant Director of Annual Giving, at (215) 746-0341 or grmiller@law.upenn.edu, and join us as we work to support Penn Law’s growth into the future. We look forward to celebrating the results of the challenge this spring. With warm regards,
