Pamela Daley and Randy Phelps have made a significant
gift to establish the Pamela Daley and Randy Phelps
Endowed Fund for Business
Law and to support Annual
Giving. The fund, created
in the name of Daley and
her husband, will support
business law classes, courses
and activities.
As an adjunct Penn Law
professor in the 1980s, Daley
taught Federal Income Taxation of Partners and Partnerships
for seven years. At that time she was partner at Morgan, Lewis
& Bockius, where she specialized in domestic and cross-border
commercial transactions and tax-oriented financings.
