DINA SCHLOSSBERG, faculty supervisor of the Small Business Clinic, has been promoted to practice associate professor of law from her previous position as clinical supervisor and lecturer. An expert in housing and community economic development, Schlossberg has more than fifteen years experience in nonprofit, corporate, business and real estate-related transactions. Prior to joining Penn Law, Schlossberg was a senior associate at Steiker, Fischer & Olson, P.C., a Philadelphia firm specializing in equity compensation and economic development transactions. Previous positions include director of Economic Development for Regional Housing Legal Services, counsel to the City of Philadelphia Empowerment Zone, and staff attorney for Community Legal Services, Inc. Schlossberg received her B.A. in Philosophy at Miami University in 1985 and her J.D. at Temple University Law School. |
