Law Alumni Society Hosts Receptions Around the
Country
Dean Fitts delivered updates about the Law School at receptions around the country over the last year and a half. Sponsored by the Law Alumni Society, alumni have gathered under the Penn Law banner in Boston, Philadelphia, North Jersey, New York, Wilmington, Washington D.C., Miami, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Francisco, and New Orleans. In June, following on the heels of a very successful reunion last year in Philadelphia for the first time in the United States the Penn Law European Society will gather in Berlin, Germany. Coffee TalkThis Fall a popular alumni program from the past was revived in the format
of the Breakfast with the Dean series. Distinguished alumni who have pursued
non-traditional career paths are invited as featured speakers of breakfasts
at the Law School over which Dean Fitts presides and to which 1L students
are invited to learn about the alums career. As the Dean tells students,
