at The Lawyerland Symposium at Columbia Law School; presented
Corporate Ownership Structure and the Evolution of Bankruptcy
Law at a symposium on Corporate Governance at Vanderbilt University
Law School; commented on Bankruptcy as Asset Partition
by Marcus Cole at a Corporate Bankruptcy symposium at the University
of Cincinnati; and participated in a panel on The Decalogue
and the Proper Domain of Law, commenting on Krystof Kieslowskis
film, at the Law, Culture and Humanities Conference held at the Law
School in March. |

AMY
WAX Professor of Law, presented a
paper at a conference on disability rights and the Bill of Rights
at William and Mary Law School in November. Also, she presented papers
on basic income and disability legislation to the economics department
and the law school at Washington University in St. Louis in February.
In March she presented a paper on welfare work requirements and liberal
theory at a conference on basic guaranteed income at the City University
of New York (CUNY) Graduate Center and also to the philosophy colloquium
at CUNY. |
