|
Praveen Kosuri joined the faculty as practice associate
professor of law. He teaches in the Entrepreneurship Legal
Clinic. Kosuri has a multidisciplinary
background which
encompasses law, business,
and public interest. Most
recently, Praveen was assistant
director of the Institute
for Justice Entrepreneurship
Clinic at the University of
Chicago Law School. Previously
he was a lawyer with
a Chicago law firm where
he counseled businesses on corporate transactional matters as
well as complex commercial litigation. He was also an investment
banker with Credit Suisse First Boston, where he was
involved with all facets of capital raising for Fortune 500 companies
as well as representing them in mergers, acquisitions,
and divestitures. Prior to receiving his M.B.A., Kosuri began
his career as a Cook County public defender. He was also an
adjunct professor at Northwestern University School of Law. |
