| Penn Law Hosts Constitutional Theory Conference |

More than 30 leading constitutional law scholars from
law schools nationwide gathered at the Penn Law last April
to share scholarship. The two-day conference on Constitutional
Theory, in which Penn, NYU and Vanderbilt rotate as
hosts, featured papers on topics such as unenumerated rights,
separation of powers and criminal law, and constitutional democracy.
There was also a roundtable discussion on judicial
appointments. Penn Law professor Matthew Adler was one of
the conference organizers.
