Office as Vice President
and Counsel for Technology
and New Media in 2003. Green
had spent the preceding sixteen
years with the Justice Department,
most recently serving as
Principal Deputy Chief of the
Computer Crime and Intellectual
Property Section.
BERNARD LEE L’77, a partner in the Real Estate Practice Group of Wolf, Block, Schorr and Solis-Cohen LLP, has been named Vice Chair of the firm’s Executive Committee. Lee has been a member of the firm’s governing committee for four years. In addition, he was appointed by Mayer John F. Street to the Philadelphia Economic Development Summit Planning Committee, and will play an integral role in creating a plan to guide Philadelphia’s economic development programs and policies. Lee is active in his community and has been honored for his role in counseling and advising young African American attorneys.

board of Main Line Health and
is Chairman of the Board of the
Lankenau Hospital Foundation.
BONNIE MACDOUGAL KISTLER L’78, a bankruptcy lawyer in Philadelphia, has been elected of counsel at Pepper Hamilton LLP in Philadelphia. Kistler has been practicing law for more than 20 years, and has also written four novels about lawyers and the law.
