Law students can round out their education is through Wharton’s Department
of Public Policy and Management. The department offers students coursework
that examines the deregulation of the airline and railroad industries,
and the telecommunications industry; development and implementation of
urban public policies, including privatization of services; corporate
governance and environmental issues; government funding of public broadcasting;
intellectual property and contracting; and internet and public policy
issues such as how government actions will structure the market.
