The University of Pennsylvania Law Review, the
nation's oldest law review, has gone modern. It is testing the waters
with a new online blog called PENNumbra.
Editor-in-Chief Justin C. Danilewitz, 3L, is heading up the
new interactive venture, which hosts monthly debates on current
topics and posts responses to print articles in the Review.
Danilewitz hopes that "the interplay of conventional academic
scholarship and commentary from the lay public" will spur a
more contemporary approach to law theory and practice.
