Cary Coglianese, an expert in administrative and
environmental law, comes to Penn Law from Harvard, where
he spent 12 years on the faculty
of the John F. Kennedy
School of Government. He
will hold a secondary appointment
in Penn’s Department of
Political Science.
He will teach a seminar on
Innovation and Environmental
Law in the fall and a course on
Administrative Law in the spring. His research will continue to
focus on administrative law, conflict and disputing, government,
regulation, and regulatory policymaking.
