John G. Roberts, Jr., Chief Justice of the United States Supreme Court, recently appointed Professor Catherine Struve as Reporter to the Advisory Committee on Appellate Rules. In this role, Struve will have the responsibility to consider and make recommendations on suggestions before the Committee and,
where appropriate, to prepare first drafts of proposed amendments to the Rules and accompanying explanatory committee notes.
