Kenneth
I. Tuchman L’76, WG’76 is Vice Chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort Wasserstein
in New York where he is a senior merger and acquisition specialist and
oversees the consumer, retail and financial sponsor groups. Prior to joining
Wasserstein Perrella in 1997, Mr. Tuchman spent 16 years at Lehman Brothers
where he was co-head of the Global Mergers & Acquisitions Group as well
as head of the consumer and retail industry groups. Prior to joining Lehman
Brothers he practiced securities law at Fried, Frank, Harris, Shriver
& Jacobson. Mr. Tuchman is a 1972 graduate of SUNY Buffalo, where he was
elected to Beta Gamma Sigma and received the Wall Street Journal
Student Achievement Award. Mr. Tuchman resides in Alpine, New Jersey with
his wife, Deborah, a graduate of the University of Michigan Law School,
and four daughters, Erica, Jillian, Hallie and Rebecca.
