The University of Pennsylvania Journal of International Economic Law (JIEL)

This publication is dedicated to the discussion of timely issues in the field of international economic law. The Journal defines international economic law as a multi-disciplinary approach that focuses primarily on three areas:

  2. National governmental regulation.
  3. International intergovernmental regulation.
