Journal of Constitutional Law

The Journal of Constitutional Law is an innovative publication that provides a forum for the interdisciplinary study of constitutional law, working with Penn's Political Science Department, School of Social Work, the Medical School and Wharton. The Journal is published both electronically and in print, and explores issues in current constitutional analysis with an eye to the broader impact of the law on other disciplines.

The Journal is very well respected, as evidenced by U.S. Supreme Court Justice Kennedy's citation in his dissent in the Michigan Law School affirmative action case, "Barbara Grutter Petitioner v. Lee Bollinger et al." http://scotus.ap.org/scotus/02-241p.zd1.pdf
