The Penn Program on Regulation derives its strength from a group of highly accomplished scholars, drawn from six schools of the University of Pennsylvania along with four academic departments within the Faculty of Arts and Sciences. PPR’s affiliated faculty address how regulatory priorities are set, how regulatory agencies analyze regulatory impacts, and how policies are designed, implemented, enforced, and evaluated. In an increasingly global economy, advances in regulatory knowledge greatly depend upon collaboration among experts across many fields. Penn’s strong cross-disciplinary tradition makes PPR uniquely positioned to advance legal, policy, and scientific analysis of regulation and regulatory policymaking.
